What does happiness mean to you?

There are so many things I love about my life, it has always been my intention to create a life of freedom, not to be working for someone else on their terms.

Interestingly enough, now that I have created that freedom, I still find myself feeling guilty from time to time about how I spend my time.

Why is it that we don’t give ourselves permission to be happy doing the things we love?

Maybe it’s because we are afraid of what people will think, we fear being judged, being thought of as irresponsible or lazy. I know these thoughts have often played out in my mind.

Do you have the idea that life is meant to be difficult?

Or maybe you just don’t feel worthy of true happiness, we just get stuck in the daily grind and fear stepping into our own power.

What does happiness mean to you, how would it feel? Playing with your kids, sharing a glass of wine with someone you love at the end of your day, cooking a meal for family, taking a long walk at the beach, gardening, reading a good book, taking a bubble bath?

Do more of the things you love, experience greater happiness and build more freedom, fun and flexibility into your life. No guilt attached!!

If you are relating to this, give me a shout out, I would love to hear from you
